The Southeastern Social Care Farming Conference: Growing Community 2017 is a gathering of farmers and community members who are interested in using farming and farm related activities to promote therapeutic intervention, employment, spiritual engagement, meaningful activity, and/or community connection for marginalized and vulnerable populations.
Please join us as we hear from a variety of speakers who will share their experiences, to offer your perspectives in a community-engaged dialogue, and to give and receive support from others who are or who wish to be a part of this growing movement.
