Charlotte Got Crops!

As permaculture based community garden we are experimenting with different strategies of growing staple crops, mainly dent corn beans, and squash but lots of other veggies.  Our long term plan is to Imitate the Milpa cycle and return this spot to its natural state of being forested.  This forest will be be full of fruits, nuts, mushrooms and many other things that will provide food, fiber, and a reason to be together to members of the charlotte street neighborhoods.
