Main Street Community Garden

Our purpose is to build a diverse community of volunteers to grow and distribute healthy food to those in need. Our garden is built of recycled materials, our water is reclaimed from partnerships with adjacent businesses, and a meditation garden is provided. Volunteers adopt a bed for a growing season and donate their vegetables (unless they have economic need for them) to someone in our community. We ask our adopters to take an intentional, relational attitude to identifying needs to fill. We offer a children’s gardening camp in the Spring, frequent craft fairs and plant sales, and encourage art and music in the garden.
