Pilgrim Rest Youth Mission Garden

This garden is a community garden project for the youth of our church. The youth mission include youth ages 5 to 18.  Youth advisers will oversee the project and help with the efforts of developing and maintaining the garden. The proceeds of the garden will be distributed to the community, on an “as-needed” basis. This garden project will educate our youth about the natural process in which vegetables and fruits are grown and end up on our tables. It will also enable us to introduce healthy eating practices to our youth, as well as the church and community.  Most importantly, the Pilgrim Rest Youth Mission Garden will help establish closer spiritual relationships with God and each other, through methods of prayer, working together, and giving.
